This comprehensive 5-day advanced operation training program is designed for HWU Supervisors and HWU Senior Operators transitioning into supervisory role, to enhance their technical expertise in Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) operations. This aims to support PETRONAS' 80 Wells P&A Per Year initiative as well as the nation’s drive for industry upskilling and human resource development focuses on equipping participants with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to ensure the safe and efficient use of HWU equipment. Participants will learn inspection techniques, operational best practices, and advanced troubleshooting methods to minimize downtime and enhance safety during HWU operations Throughout this program, participants will acquire the needed skill set and technical knowhow to supervise HWU operations. Participants will engage in an interactive lecture session, group discussions, and a hands-on workshop featuring role-play exercises using a real Hydraulic Work Unit (HWU). This training simulates actual field operations, providing practical experience in a realistic job environment.
