The Well Construction with Land Rig Hands-On Practices (WCLP) course is a 3-day intensive training program designed to provide participants with practical exposure to the key aspects of well construction using a land rig. The course combines theoretical classroom with hands-on rig-based exercises, allowing participants to gain real-world experience in rig operations, well control, and safety procedures. Participants will be trained on rig equipment identification, rig safety, drilling practices, casing & cementing operations, and well control through interactive workshops and practical sessions conducted on a land rig facility.
