This 5-day advanced technical training program is designed for HWU Supervisors and HWU Senior Operators transitioning into supervisory role, to enhance their technical expertise in Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) operations. This aims to support PETRONAS' 80 Wells P&A Per Year initiative as well as the nation’s drive for industry upskilling and human resource development. Focusing on well integrity, barrier management, cementing, and P&A operations – the program equips professionals with critical knowledge and skills for effective HWU supervision. Ultimately, this will lead to workforce sustainability, empower local workforce development, and strengthen Malaysia’s position as a global hub for Hydraulic Workover operational excellence. Throughout this program, participants will acquire the needed skill set and technical knowhow to supervise HWU operations. Participants will engage in an interactive lecture session, group discussion, relevant case studies and participate in Q&A session to enhance their learning experience.
